We were just coming out of a bad real estate deal we did blindly. It was really bad and we were hesitant about believing anything, but eventually thought to give this a try. It paid off! Rather than losing money on a deal, we made $35,000 on the first. On the next property deal, we are looking to net $700 - $800 every month. The information we got is worth more than we can make on any deal - priceless.

Before I started, I had no clue about real estate investments. In fact, I thought that real estate investors had to have so much money, they had to be millionaires or billionaires, I was not one. So I was very hesitant. I got my first deal two months after, and I was actually very surprised because I had not even completed the course. My average profit on this current deal is around $30,000. I am working on another project and very excited to do better. I really enjoy the training. Most of my questions are answered because the course is so detailed. There's so much to learn from this program and I can't just begin to explain how much I have gained from it and I hope more people can benefit from it as well.

Before starting, I hesitated. Was I going to get the help I need? I gonna get the help that I need. Now I have not just the help but all the information and resources I need. On this deal, I am looking at a monthly income between $1,000 to $1,200. This is a lifeline to my real estate investment journey. I have all the resources I need and I really really love the program. I kept getting deals! I got a deal two months after, another one about a month after I started in February. On this deal it's $1,500 income every month after all my expenses are paid. So we are actually closing on another duplex in Springfield. Last month we closed on this, two weeks ago we closed on another, so it looks like we are on a roll! Coaching helps a lot. I can't underestimate how much. You have ready to go resources, you can always jump on the portal and get all the documents you need. I mean case studies on real cases, so it also helps you save on unnecessary costs. You'll save money. It helps you take away your fears and obstacles you're struggling with in the process.

I was able to do this renovation with the knowledge and expertise I gained from Acquire Real Estate Training. I joined in December 2021 and got my first deal in March 2022 (so 3 months). To be successful you need to listen to the coaches, Dare, Yinka and everyone ahead of us. You must be coachable and willing to learn. I am expecting anywhere between $20,000 to $40,000 on this deal. Getting started, we consulted YouTube but had a lot of information overload and analysis paralysis. We couldn't quite figure out how to get started. Joining the program definitely helped us figure things out. We have 2 deals so far. Monthly cash flow around $700 ($15,000 cash-out on one of them). The coaching programs and the tools really helped us to first, choose a niche, then having a direct access to the coaches and being able to ask questions and network with other students in the program has been a plus.
